Everything was online. If anything was needed from me that I missed they promptly replied and pointed out what was missing.
The notion of cosigning another person's debt or obligation is a tried and true means of underwriting risk; fractionalizing the cosigning is certainly unique approach. It will be interesting, however to see what happens to a borrower's 'circle of friends' once they default and the co-signors are on the hook. :(
I applied over 2 months ago. Supplied all of the requested verifications and called often to check on my status. I kept getting the same comment from everyone who answered the phone, they are unusually backed up and my loan is in the last phase of approval. Went online to check on my status again this morning and everything was wiped out. They are asking me to re-apply all over again. Not sure how legit this place is. I would suggest to others not to waste their time.
